No, because I'd rather enjoy a game and progress in acheivements and gamerscore as I go along. I see no need to boost gamerscore for the sake of it, in my eyes it feels good when you get an acheivement you've earned towards your gamerscore. Playing boring games just for the gamerscore is just dull, but that's my opinion.
