And as I just pointed out to you personal interpretation is not the answer when one ignores what's on the written page. What is difficult to grasp about that?LJS9502_basic
You mean like when you dismiss the bits you don't believe as metaphor and take the bits you do as fact?

[QUOTE="hydralisk86"]

How do you guys know that the people in the Bible were real people? Such as Peter and the rest of the disciples, and Paul. Is there proof that they were real people?

One word.....FAITH.

I hate to break it to you, but faith doesn't work as a means of learning the truth. Try to do anything using faith alone. You'll fail.

[QUOTE="Vuurk"] If you distribute the pie more evenly, the pie will get smaller. Redistribution of wealth is counter productive and counter efficient. Socialism doesn't work. =PVuurk

Why would the pie get smaller?

Because productivity goes down. GDP will decrease. There won't be as many businesses. Companies' capitalism will decrease. Overall there will be a lot less production.

What empirical evidence do you have demonstrating that the magnitude of the effect is significant?

[QUOTE="iamsoangryatyou"]Just another worthless rapper, churning out mind-numbingly simplistic music. Nothing to see here.lensflare15

Well, then why don't you become a rapper, sign with his label, and make millions? It should be easy, if rap is so worthless.

That's rather a lot like saying 'if being the Queen requires so little talent, why don't you do it?' Just because someone doesn't demand talent does not mean that anyone can do it whenever they feel like it. Popular fame is necessarily only attainable by a small group of people; that doesn't mean that getting there is an issue of ability rather than luck.
