Well, ma'am, the thing is that you don't quite fully understand potentials every rpg has. You are starting to lose the sense of what video games are. Video games are pieces of art, every aspects has to be neatly put in to one production to make a decent game. The aspects are mainly the game-play, however, a story can be a part of the aspect, but is not essential that it is to be one of the most important aspects. One can just simply utilize the combat to enhance the story. I'm not quite sure how, but that would be interesting. If you just lazily provide a skip combat button. The 'game' wouldn't be a game, it would turn into an interactive movie with terrible graphics compare to other animation movies. The developer wouldn't put in much effort in to combat as much as those combat-focused games. The 'game' would just be terrible with all the fun stripped away; looting, combat animations, exploration, etc. By stating that you would have this feature so that it would be better for broader audiences just proved that you are greedy and are turning into an Activisionist. If you REALLY want the button, then I suggest making an interactive movie game. However, I doubt that it will be successful, though.

Ubisoft, will you please start everything from scratch for ACIII? You know, it's not necessary to release a game every year to please your fans. In fact, it kinda slowly turning your awesome franchise into a 'Call of Duty' and you into an 'Activision'. You can just slow down the frequency and take your time with the ACIII, no one's going to lose faith in you. Sincerely, AC fans.
