hey mate
just a word of warning with test drive. until the new patch for it comes out in june, lots of ppl experiencing low frames in some areas.
i have a core 2 duo e6420 overclocked to 3.2ghz, with water cooling, and an ati x1950 crossfire edition in crossfire setup with an x1950 xt, 2gb corsair ddr2-800 mhz ram and i still find frame loss in some areas. i highly doubt its my systems fault, so the new patch should (hopefully) fix this. just bare that in mind.
and im runnin winxp home which uses less ram. i'd recommend u move up to 2gb ram, especially for the very near gaming future. and especially if ur using vista

I dont want the game to look too good...i know tht isn't possible with my current config....but i just want to be able to play it smoothly...and abt the update where can i know more about it???? and where can i dwl it from..!! getting vista was a mistake...shud've known it'd eat up the RAM!!!
Gamespot has always been the best place for me to get my gaming probs solved...so here's another problem!!!
I am going to buy test drive unlimited for my PC.....but before I do so i wanna know if it will work on my system heres the config :
AMD Turion 64 Mobile Technology ML-32 1800 MHz                                                                                                  Â
1 GB RAM
Windows Vista OS
128 MB XPRESS 200M Series (X200M)
so will test drive run fine on this config...i just dont want it to be too laggy.....as long as it runs smooth i'm happy!!!!
DIRT will only use 8 areas of the car for damage. Far from real damage. Good attempt at it though.The_Rick_14I saw DiRT's gameplay videos...the crashes look pretty realistic for a game!!!
