Well if the light on the back of your PSU is yellow then it has to be your Motherboard. Becuase if it was your hard drive it would atleast load your BIOS. There should be a light on your Motherboard. If that isn't lighting up then its your Motherboard for sure. If I were you I would tell your Manufacturer its the Motherboard and go ahead and get a new one.

I would go with EVGA mainly because of the 90 day step up program. Basically if any new video card that you want comes out by the 90 day warranty you can reurn your video card and step up to the new one. Just pay the difference. But I'm not 100% sure that the program is still going.

Yeah definatly go with COD4, the multiplayer is amazing. Cause I think you need some good multiplayer after Bioshock
