I am looking for old game for a long time. I rember only this:

• played on win98
• isometric shooter
• destroyed city or planet enviroment
• enemy robots or mutants
• cd cover with yellow X with head
• it was something like space horror vibe, H. R. Giger lookalike
• it’s not X-com or Alien Shooter but kinda similar https://100001.onl/

I tried youtube videos, image search, game search, but it almost seems like the game doesn’t exist, like it was just a dream. I try to attach an image i drew which is similiar to cd cover. Can you guys help me please?
