Well of course this comparison was planning to happen, PUBG drops a map 4x4 automatically compared to fortnite. Therefore, I don't blame blame PUBG for this map drop if they choose. I personally believe this will increase popularity just a little and keeps the players they have now, entertained. At the same time you can't say it looks similar just because of map size, both are still completely different in terms of gameplay etc...

We might as well compare Pacman with Overwatch ...

@spartanx169x: Yes great point, we could also go as far as the graphics. Two completely different. Overwatch with cartoon type graphics. Compared to RSS obviously following a way more realistic type.

@spartanx169x: Exactly! This comparison is ridiculous, you cannot compare these two games as they're completely different. One requires a 5v5 S&D when the other if I'm correct, is a capture the point situation. From my perspective, are they even similar except for it being a first person shooter lol ...

To ensure everyone knows, this map is in ALPHA beta, this will NOT be the map getting released as they have many things to work on. Therefore I would like to say that I personally don't agree with them publishing a 4x4 map. For a game like pubg, which tries to follow a realistic path compared to fortnite adding this will just be a disaster. From my point of view landing at the military base can already be hard enough. But decreasing the size to a 4x4 won't even be fun. Yes my opinion of fun can differ from others, therefore I would LOVE to see Pubg add an option of map choice that have possibility to pick what maps you would like to play without it being random as well as character customaztion free.
