just installed some character mods and ctf maps and my game is now consistently crashing, with an error message coming up on reboot that mods are causing my game to crash and my system to reset, I have installed mods before with no problems like this. is the only way to fix this to delete all my mods and add them one by one to find which one is causing this problem. I could not find anything on the epic forums or the UT3 game forum.etbny22

Does it crash immediately if you select "NO" not to delete the User MOD content? If not, see if you can navigate back to the My Content menu and delete the last mod that you installed. I haven't had to do that yet, but I think it's an option to delete individual mods.

[QUOTE="Darthmatt"]You can buy a HDMI to DVI cable at monoprice.com for under $20. But, DVI wont carry an audio signal so you'l have to figure out a solution for that too.azzezino

I have that problem and any suggestions you can give me are welcome.

If you use an HDMI to DVI adaptor, leave the composite video/audio cable that shipped with your PS3 plugged in and just use the audio from there. I've got a similiar setup with HDMI to DVI adaptor going out to my 65" Mitsubishi TV, and I'm using an optical audio cable out running into my surround audio reciever. It works great.

If you do it like this, you will have to go into the system settings and select your video output device, and also select your audio output device separately.

ok the best one is the logitech mediaboard pro its designed for only the ps3 is bluetooth and has a laptop mouse built on.Nowak94

That one is good if you are just going to use it for typing messages and internet browsing. But I got mine specifically to use with UTIII, and the trackpad just won't work for gaming. Got to have that mouse for UTIII.

http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/productdetail.aspx?c=us&l=en&cs=19&sku=310-8142 Its a dell keyboard mouse set. It works just fine on my ps3. You do have to plug in the dongle to the ps3 tho. Also you can use it on your computer if you'd like (even if it isnt bluetooth).klarius

That is incorrect. The PS3 will work with bluetooth keyboards and mice just fine without a dongle. In fact I have that same Dell BT keyboard and mouse you have in the link, and I do not use a USB dongle with it (got it at a discount without the USB dongle). All you have to do is turn it on, go into the PS3 System settings menu and then the Accessories Settings. Select to attach a bluetooth device. It will then let you select between a headset, keyboard or mouse. Enter the pairing code it gives you via the keyboard, and then it works. Simiar step for the mouse.

Not trying to call you out, but just wanted people to know that they absolutely CAN use other bluetooth devices with the PS3's built in reciever as opposed to using up an external USB port.

BTW, I tried an IR wireless keyboard and mouse before, but they were junk. I carried them back and got my money back. I cannot stress how much better the bluetooth Dell set has been for me. Only problem I've seen has been in UTIII I cannot map the right CTRL key but I get the same result with my Dell wired USB keyboard, so it must be a brand thing.
