Hi,

I have the HCL4715W I never used the HD feature for this TV and a few days ago I got a convert DVD player.. so I connected the cables to the DVD, works fine and then when I tried to swichted to 1080i the TV display showed  1080i and when I press play in the DVD player automatic swicthed back to 480p...  I tried over and over change the DVD player for another one and same problem.... can some one help me please? thank you !
