New Girl is a great show and is a lot like HIMYM. Cougar town is a nice more mature comedy. Also Friends is like How I Met Your Mother but it is old and the jokes wont be as relevant or near as enjoyable as if you watched it back when it was new. I haven't seen and other comedies that the actors just gel together as perfectly as they do in HIMYM and you can definitively tell that they get along very well off the set. Anyways good luck definitely try out New Girl and Cougar Town.
