Can't you contact the admins of the other site? And it is feedback, I saw other topics with similar problems, which is why I posted.

I have the response from the moderator and the the feedback form.

While I am suspended NOW for obliging them to follow OFFICIAL policy, I was NOT suspended at the time of my deletion request, so that logic can't apply here.

As a result of this blatant disrespect of the company rules/policy, I am unable to delete either - something which breaks the ToS given my right to delete my data when NOT suspended.

GameFAQs gives the feedback form specifically for requesting message board account deletion.

I submitted that form and was forbidden from sending more feedback requests because I was told that feedback form is not for that purpose, even though it clearly states it is: http://www.gamefaqs.com/feedback?type=28

They refused to delete my account to begin on the basis it was "banned" even though it was NOT and I EASILY opened a new thread where people replied, with no problem, so that was ill-responded.

Then I am suspended for disputing that the moderator can force me to, quote: "embrace your [my] role as a data-point," according to OFFICIAL company-stated GameFAQs policy on the matter. ToS and policy are a LEGAL CONTRACT.

I am legally allowed to request account deletion according to their ToS, and I was refused that based on "facts" which were consistently and continuously proven incorrect. I want my account on there, imanerd11 deleted, because policy is a legal contract agreed to when membership is created, and it is a legal infraction according to tort law, to break that policy!
