Hi,

Completely forgot about this.

Oh, and Nibroc420- you haven't really helped in any way. You've just been annoying. And it's funny really because after all of this technical babble you've been going on about, the computer runs the game rather well. Now I know people like yourself might sit at home with your expensive high end gaming computers and play the latest games completely maxed out, but I'm not interested in all that. I'm running the game on Medium using Full Resolution and I'm happy with that.

I might use forums, but I'm not stupid enough to go completely by what people like you say.

@Nibroc420: I'm aware now that it doesn't have a dedicated graphics card. When you mention 'low end consumer laptops'...well I think the more appropriate term would be 'everyday laptops', but that's getting away from the topic. And you mention needing a graphics card..well I've seen everyday computers managing this game without one. They had faster hard drives, a bit more RAM and much faster processors of course, but they didn't have some fancy graphics card in there.

@the_bi99man: The place I got it from didn't mention the graphics card using the system memory, however if it does this is not a massive problem as there is a fairly generous amount of RAM. With the 8330 using the system memory, I should be left with just over 4GB of RAM.

@the_bi99man: I wouldn't ever be running it with all the settings completely maxed out. I'm used to playing the older GTA games so it wouldn't bother me if I was running it on low. I just wanted to know if I could run it in some way.

Hi,

I got myself a HP Pavilion 15-e092ea. It has 8GB of RAM, an AMD A4-5000M Quad-Core Processor (1.5 GHz, 2 MB cache), and a Radeon HD 8330 graphics card with 3.98GB of memory. The computer has a 1TB hard drive with a screen resolution of 1366 x 768, if that helps.

I'm a fan of the GTA games but have never played much of 4 (played a lot of 5 on a friend's xbox). Always preferred playing games on PC and would love to run number 4 on my computer.

Many thanks to those who answer.
