yes. Thats a very good processor and the best DX10 mobile processor out on the market right now. There are some faster DX9 mobile cards but the 8600 gt would be the one i would want most so it could play crysis in DX10 etc.

How do I allow specific things to allows be allowed i.e. my xbox 360? When I turn the firewall off my 360 can connect to my computer, but not when the firewall is on. I have Norton Internet Security and I just don't know how to allow exceptions except if I know the IP address on a computer/360, but i don't know the IP address. Can someone please tell me how to allow my 360 to connect to my computer.

thanks

With FEAR you can go into the options and test the graphics in a benchmark they have set up. Just change the resolution and then run the setup and it tells your min, average, and max framerates. Also, you should be playing at way above 800x600 on your setup(according to your sig). I have a much worse system and run at 1280x1024 just fine.

I also get the "could not load library client" error. Why's this. I have source SDK base installed and updated and the Perfect Dark mod that i launch from steam. It gets past the valve logo where it has the guy with a valve as an eye and then gets to the loading screen and crashes. Anyone know how to fix it cus this game looks awsome.

If it did require SM3 then it would be the first game "to MY knowledge" that required SM3. This has been the only game that i've been unable to launch so it's possible but im not sure. But seriously thanks for the help even though it might maybe have perhaps led into a very minor arguement.

Why is everybody so angry? Your both wrong cus it isnt the AGP or the Shader Model it's probably just the lazy ass developers wanting me to not buy their game.

It supports Shader Model 2.0 also so that isn't the problem either. This is one of the reason's why ill just stick with my 360 instead of doing a pc upgrade.

Features of ATI Radeon X850 XT CrossFire Edition

The core 3D features of ATI's Radeon X850 XT CrossFire Edition card are the same as those of the original version of the card, including Shader Model 2.0 support and generally fast 3D-gaming capability.

I know it says crossfire but there the same card more or less

I know they made an AGP x850 but mine is the PCIE version so that shouldn't be the problem. I guess ill just have to wait for my 360 to get back from being repaired to play it.:(
