I'm taking my leave of Gamespot. I pretty much lost interest again. Not sure why. I may never come back though unless I regain my interest or Gamespot gets more lively and interesting. School itself has been hard and the amount of time it consumes is quite a lot. You may still find me though playing online in my PS3. ID is Fold_19. Well, I got a lot of stuff to do now that school is only 3 days away. Also, I've been playing some PS2 games that I've previously played before but stopped for some time. Being that I don't have much time here, I'm not sure when I can go online. Well, that's it for today.

I've been inactive for the rest of the month due to preparations for school and some other stuff. You can say that having 2 new games doesn't quite help either. The games are Metal Gear Solid 4 and Aoishiro. The latter is a PC Visual novel.

I managed to finish the game already once so I'm enjoying the online currently but I need to improve my skill. Before that though, I've encountered numerous errors with the update before I managed to be able to get it. I'm gonna make a review for this game next week.

Aoishiro is a PC visual novel. A yuri one, which is somewhat rare. I actually have this for the PC. Not much information available for this game in the net. When not playing MGO, I just play this game. There's 6 routes in the game and I've manage to get the good ends in each. Quite hard though and it took a lot of time for me to find the correct decisions. There's still several ends to unlock as you can see below.

Red ones are bad endings, blue ones are normal while the white ones are happy endings. There's still 26 more to unlock and I'm not sure how long it'll take to do so.

Here's a screenshot of one of the characters. You should recognize her in my signature. She's called Nami in the game since the main character and her friends doesn't know her real name, which is Yasuhime. It's only revealed near the end of one of the happy ending paths. Also, she never speaks that much unless you take her routes.

I'm going to watch Terminator Salvation tomorrow. After that, I'll be active again.

Last thursday, my father went out to go get back the two controllers that we got fixed up by a gameshop. Only one was reutnred and it wasn't fixed (the R2 button didn't have much resistance and was a little loose). However, I managed to get my father to buy Resident Evil 5.

I haven't been active that much because of this game. I like it and have fun playing the game online with others, especially with players who haven't finished the game once and who has a microphone. The game somehow feels different than RE4 for me. Maybe its just because of having a partner who helps rather than a helpless Ashley. The game has nice variety of enemies but some can just be plain frustrating while others are just a source of annoyance. However, the enemy bosses are fun to fight, except for the very last one.

The graphics aren't that great since they look a little bland, especially the environment. The characters in the game and the enemies look nicely detailed however. For the story, they could have ended the game at a certain point which, would have been better, but they decided to continue for one last frustrating fight. Its frustrating because you'll probably die a lot at first not knowing what to do. It made one of the people I have been playing with end the game sesion because we just kept dying. For the server list when choosing custom game, they could have just made you stay and be able to choose another game sesion on the list. Not forcing you back to the start game screen when you decide to stop waiting for a player to restart there game sesion in co-op or when you encounter an error trying to join.

I'll give a review of the game once I finish all difficulties and have unlocked everything.

On monday, me and my family went out to eat and I managed to get Little Big Planet.

I'm enjoying the game so far but in certain times, I find it boring. Overall, I like the customization and puzzles. Playing other peoples custom stages online was fun (except for the frustrating and boring ones) but I sometimes have a problem with the connection online, which makes the stage take some time to load. Sometimes, it'll just show an error message instantly when I try to load a stage. I haven't progressed much from the story yet as I find some stages hard.

Online, I've only managed to play with 4 people as choosing the option to play online with someone else doesn't always get you in someones game. However, when I get into someone's game, I start to lag, a lot. Its actually so bad that it ruins the fan and makes it almost unplayable. There are times in which were the lag disappears but they don't last long. I found though that playing with someone else is much more fun but its to bad I can't do so online.

Maybe I'm not going to disappear for all of April actually. As a exchange though, I will need to have overtime with my lessons but at least I won't disappear.

By the way, Fatalism is a belief that every actions or events are by fate or inevitable predetermination. Call me one if you like (for those who haven't read my other blog that I just deleted).

Going to the peak at 3:30 am. My parents and sister didn't get a good sleep due to the cold and the extremely noisy campers. The area at the top is a grassland with some dwarf bamboos.

There were some dwarf bamboos on the peak that had some clearings on them. Appears to be the place where people hide from the wind. Wind was to cold for someone to just stay outside without going for cover.

Tomorrow, I'll be offline (though I've been mostly offline for 2 months) since me, my family, and relatives are going to climb a mountain. Its known as Mt. Pulag and parts of the mountain is a national park. Overall, climbers will require a permit to climb to the summit. My mother has already secured a permit though so what we are doing is just preparing.
