Last night I was bored so I decided to play a little Mario Strikers Charged online. (That's "Mario Soccer" for those who don't know what I'm talking about.)
I deleted some stuff from my computer, so I was able to get my Nintendo Wi-fi Connector working again, thus enabling online play for my Wii.
Anyways, my online rank in that game was about 3000, which means I was pretty much at the bottom of the ladder compared to other online players.
Last night I played for about an hour and went up significantly. I just finished an estimated 3-hour playing session and am now number 95. Maybe it's my ego getting the best of me, but it feels good to be one of the top 100 players! The problem is that now I'm going to want to get better and go up even more in the ranks. That's why I hate online gaming; it doesn't let you focus on other, REAL games like Zelda, GTA, Metroid, etc...
I'll probably play more later, but I also want to continue A Link to the Past. So right now, the three games taking up my time are LttP, Guitar Hero II, and Mario Strikers Charged.
