It was a Saturday night and I was out with my friend. We stopped at Blockbuster and as I looked for something to rent, and I had a sudden urge to play an RPG. Not just any, Final Fantasy Tactics. I franticly searched the entire store for the game, unable to find it I left, disapoitned and heartbroken. Heading home I spoted Discont Drug mart and decieded to buy some Canada Dry. Wandering up and down the isles I stumble across their small collection games, only 1.99 for 3 day rental. And on the bottom of the shelf, in a small stakc of abounded Play Station games lay Final Fantasy Tactics. Only one though went through my head, rent, pretend to lose, and pay the fine. But this seemed impossiblem, for to my shock the retail price of the game was $75. A bit steep if i do say so myself. But I wouldn't give up, so I walked right up to the manager and asked to buy the game. I dont think he believed me, but 15 minutes later, several calls, and a few weird looks later I walked out with my used copy of Final Fantasy Tactics for a little less than $6.
