The Problem of Time

Not enough time, too many games. It's always a problem, isn't it. I haven't even bought Devil May Cry 4, let alone started it, and when it was announced I thought I'd be getting it at launch. So much for that plan. Lately, I've even found myself buying games and then leaving them to wait for a less busy time. I wonder if such a time is coming at all...

My Life as a King is eating up a lot of spare time again. I thought I got over it already, but noo, they just had to release the second batch of downloadable content, and everything else is forgotten again. That game is like crack. Don't ever touch it unless you're sure you can spend hours upon endless hours wasting your life away, reading just one more report...

waff Woes

Lately, I've been working on my Final Fantasy universe wiki. It's badly incomplete.

Yes, I'm aware there are tons of others out there. So why did I start my own? The answer is very simple. Those other FF sites/wikis... they don't have the information I want, presented in the way I want it to be presented. I find them sorely lacking in that context. Maybe I'm just weird, but if there's one weirdo out there who feels the current selection is lacking, there's bound to be someone else, too. So I even made it only semi-closed, requiring registration to edit. It used to be a very much closed one, and even before getting transferred to the web it grew for around half a year as an offline version.
So now I have it. FF info presented just the way I want it. I just need to...you know, actually complete more of the wiki to make it a bit more useful. 3,000 pages doesn't cut a very great slice of the whole away. In fact, it barely manages to scratch the surface... One thing's for sure. I never before knew the appreciate the humongous amount of info on FFs properly.

Life, the Universe, and...

If a blog is created but no one reads it, does the blog really exist?

All wannabe philosophism aside, I think I should play more video games. Lately, all I've been doing is reading up on them, and that consumes all my time to the extent that I still haven't finished several that I honestly thought I was going to finish by the beginning of January. Combine that with how many good games have been coming out recently (and are coming out in the near future), and I seem to have a slight problem here.

Ah well. Working on it.
