well little did i know that when you banned from gamespot you dont also get banned from tv.com

so if you knew me on gamespot here is me saying i got banned for a really dumb reason and i did nothing wrong despite all of u who said i did

Mods cant get modded... Well they can but since they deal with moderations.. even if someone reports something that they did do wrong (according to gamespot) do you really think they will mod themselves? or other mods for that matter?

Oh and here is my review for castle crashers.

The good: Fun with great gameplay and replay value - music goes really well with the game - online multiplayer - Local and online co-op for up to 4 players - tons of collectibles to find and characters to unlock - simplistic controls.


The bad: Hit detection is not really good.


(This will probably be a shorter review than i normally do mainly since its a arcade game but dont let that make you think this game is short on replay value)

It really was hard to find anything wrong with this game not simply because its fun but because its just THAT good.
Most arcade titles turnout to be ok, mediorce or just really horrible games that you wish you hadnt spent your microsoft points on. But this game is different.
Well the story is simple, you and your fellow knights are partying for some reason when a "bad knight" shows up and steal a crystal like thing that obviously has magical powers. Not only that the four princesses are kidnapped and held in various parts of the games world. And to get to those places you must first beat the level you are currently on. Now in most RPG's you would go to a specific place and then accept a quest. But not in this case. Instead like most FPS and action games you just progress to the next level as you beat ones you are on. Sometimes there will be two paths you can take but most of the time in order to go down one path you must get something that will help you actually be able to get past something blocking that path on the other path (confusing i know) for instance, imagine there are two paths in front of you and one you cant get past but on the door there is a picture of a horn so you figure out that in order to go down that path you must first go down the other and find the horn. This happens multiple times throughout the game and of course most of the time you have to find that one thing keeping you from really getting further in the game. Not that this hurts the game since every single one of the levels is crammed with enemies and has something to find like a sword to add to your collection or an animal orb. Speaking of animal orbs, animal orbs are little animal like things that you can find in almost every level of the game. Each one has a special ability that can help you throughout the game like Pazzo which points out areas where you can dig and find treasure or food (the game's version of med packs), or Mr.buddy which is probably the least useful orb in the game all Mr. buddy does is help you dig faster and you cant even tell the difference of speed at all..
Some are raelly useful like Pazzo or hawkster which attacks downed enemies which is really helpful, or chicken which increases health, strength and speed.

Now when you level up in the game you can increase either your strength (damage done to enemy) magic (increases magic power and helps you gain new abilitys) health/defense or agility/Bow and arrow (which increases your speed your bow attack damage and how fast you can fire bows.
Before the game starts every single time you can choose a character to play as but if you have leveled up one character a lot then you will probably want to stick with that one character for the rest of the game.
After you beat a level you can travel to that place when ever you want by just using the game map, if you have ever played an of the super mario bros games before the map is pretty much just like that.
Now the weapons also effect your your skills. Like the bigger weapons will boost you strength but lower your magic. Smaller ones with increase you agility and magic but will decrease you strength. Believe me when i say this... There are lots of swords in this game even though some are pretty ridiculous like the frozen chicken sword or the umbrella sword or the most ridiculous one of all the lobster sword... Yeah i know dumb.. but still its funny to cut an enemies head off with a lobster or umbrella. Now about cutting enemies heads off. there is gore but obviously not enough to make it rated M but still enough to satisfy you gears of war gore fans.

There is four player co-op and four player multiplayer online AND off. But the thing is the game has not even been out a year yet and nobody even plays online.. but still its fun to have your character fight against your little brothers character.
And the game is a lot easier playing co-op since there are some really tought boss battles that would probably be impossible if it were not for co-op. The boss battles are still tough even still during co-op but it is a lot easier. The bosses are extremely memorable even the earlier ones. And the last one will probably be etched in your mind for years to come. Whats cool is that since you can go back and play any level you have already beaten so you can go back and beat the boss again to see how good you do against them this time.
Now smaller enemies drop some coins and sometimes bags of coins but digging is the real answer (you get the shovel about halfway through the game but like i said you can go back and do other levels) most bosses drop hundereds of coins. so you can do the bosses over again to get lots of coins in order to buy health potions, weapons, and animal orbs.

The campaign may last you 4-6 hours but since you can go back and play any level over again and with all the stuff to find and you may just want to level up.. Replay value is endless..

So far E3 has been really good except for Nintendo.. which i did not get to see cuz of the damn age restriction.. which i thought was extremely stupid.. i didnt get to see sony's either since i had baseball practice...

But there are quite a few games that i am going to be getting just because of seeing them or hearing about them at E3...

Like halo 3: ODST

Modern warfare 2

MGS: rising (or something like that)

and a new halo gamethat was announced.. called HALO REACH.. which is going to be based on the halo book, halo reach.

And something that i thought was extremly stupid which was microsofts U controller.. although its not really a controller its something that tracks your motions. So instead of playing with a controller the game will track your motion and whatever you do you will see in the game... this is probably way more innovative than the Wii's motion controller... but at least you hold something in yout hand.

You see i think this will ruin gaming because gaming is not about actually being in the game yourself (IMO) i like using controllers better than i ever would jumping around or flailing at the air... honestly as a pretty big guy i would look ridiculous doing anything with that U "controller".....

Now if you could use the "controller" with FPS i would consider using it... but i only saw racing and sports games in the clip they showed using the "controller".

Which brings me to this question... Whats the price going to be?

If it's over $200 NO ONE will buy it.. thats the same price as buying a frigging arcade system that comes with a controller and memory card...

If it's $100 some people might buy it just too see how it is... But i cant see it being below $100...

So overall i think that it will be an EPIC failure buy microsoft trying to make this... it ruins true gaming and would make people look stupid...

Well i got another 360 finally. On friday.. i went to gamestop and got a 360 arcade for $200.00 (plus tax and the warranty it rounded up to about $230).

But im still going to be playing lots of cod4, GoW2, codWaW, and halo 3.. and starting tommorrow asassins creed..

And that thing i dont understand.. is why in the hell am i batting 8th in the lineup on my baseball team when i have thethird best batting average on my team? the best average on my team is our lead off batter and then our fourth batter.. my average is over 500%... yet im batting 8th out of 12? wtf?

so yeah im just blowing off some steam right now.. my team has a baseball game later tonight.. and im hoping that since i did really good at batting practice last night that he might finally realize that he has made a mistake having me bat 8th....

so right now my team is 7-5 (W/L).. i almost hit a homerun a week ago... but it hit the fence without bouncing and i ended up getting a double out of it... so im hoping i will get a homerun before the season is over.. and with six games left im hoping i hit one tonight...

And i officially beat star wars battlefront since the last time i had only beaten it with the sith.

I have watched five movies over the past 18 hours..

Hitman the movie... very good movie with lots of action and a good plot.

Shoot em up.. no doubt my fave of the five i saw recently (i dont say this often but this movie would make a great game) not only that it puts to of the best type of scenes together.. a love scene and action scene.. if you have seen the movie then you know what im talking about...

Black sheep... this movie is wacked.. its about some farmer genetically altering his sheep so that they are very violent, vicous, and can take a few head shots.. not only that they can drive!

blades of glory.. very funny movie.. but still will ferrel should try something different.

and last but not least.. hollow man.. it has kevin bacon playing as a scientist who doesnt know that the invisibility serum he tested on himself is permanent and it causes him to go crazy and kill most of the people he was working with..

WEll in case your wondering why i havent done any reviews or blogs in a while (not that any of you really care :P ) is because of writers block... :) in case you do not know what that is its when you are trying to write (in this case type) but you just acnt think of anything to say...

that has happened several times to me in the past few weeks..

For instance last week i tried to write at least 4 reviews for 4 different games... but i just got stuck.. (games were marvel ultimate alliance, RBSV, kung fu panda and king kong..) but i just got freaking stuck..

also i havent done a vid in a while which i was going to do one.. but as most of you know i dont have a capture card so i have to put the camera up to the tv.. ive gotten a few good vids doing that but some turn out to be really crappy cuz of screen glare and what not.. and not only that the camera broke so its being repaired right now..

There is a new movie that is going to be released sometime this year... and its called "Gamer" now in gamer real people control prisoners who are on death row. And if a prisoner makes it past 30 missions or whatever. Then they get released. But nobody has ever beat the "game". Except there is one guy who is very close to getting to 30 (he has 27) Gerard Butler who played king leonidas in the movie 300 is playing as the main character. But there is a slight twist in the trailer. He wants to battle on his ownfor his family not be controlled by some "gamer" who could decide to end his life whenever he wants.This is the trailer that i saw and got chills watching it

So in the future could this be possible? Regular gamers like myself controlling cons on death row into battle? Could this actually happen?

So yeah short blog... But im really looking forward to this movie. Finally people will not see gamers as just geeks or nerds who do not have a life.. In my opinion if you have not played a video game... You have not lived... Thats it for now.. over and out.
