I really don't get the whole flop thing. One person on the GS staff reviews a game. Every single person see each game a different way, and tend to like or dislike it at a different level. I for one will never trust a review written by someone who is paid to review a game. Drakes Fortune & Mass Effect are both great games on their own right and basing an opinion on person's view is about as dumb as dumb gets. Try playing the game for yourslef rather then typing LOLO ROXXOR PWNED FLoPPAGE HAHAHAHA! all freakin day,

Don't be sad though, we need these fanboys to sell cheeseburgers and mow our lawns.

Warhawk is a great game, but to understand how much broader the XBL service is here are some interesting facts about the top games on each platform. (all these stats can be found at Xbox.com and Playstation.com)

Halo 2 (Sept 25th - Oct 3)

345,000 individual Users
12,765,865 Games played

Warhawk (Sept 25th - Oct 3)

89,000 Individuals Users
934,000 Games Played

Uno (XBLA)

123,765 Individual Users
1,234,000 Games Played

Halo 3 (Sept 25th - Oct 3)

2,298,000 Individual Users
27,987,820 Games Played

Kinda funny that in the launch week of Halo 3 even Halo 2 still beats Warhawk by a landslide and so did UNO!. I am not bashing Warhawk...just all the fanboys who keep saying its a better MP game.

Oh and by the way...even the week that Warhwak launched it was still more then 2X less then any of the top ten titles on live.

ball_of_air

... are the instal bases the same?

That should not matter if the game is really that deep. Fanboys said it was a system seller.

8 million copies of Halo 2 have been sold since release. There hasn't even been half a million copies of Warhawk sold yet.

Maybe you dont see the irony here...thats ok no one ever accused you of being smart. But when a 5 year old game beats out a brand new game by that kind of margin on the week that the new game in the series launched its really preatty sad.

What I mean by not deep is the fact that Warhwaks MP lack any type of acceptable matchmaking system and has very very very few customizable features....then add in the fact there are like 3 gametypes as oppsed to the hundreds in Halo 3.

THATS WHAT I MEAN BY DEPTH!

Warhawk doesn't have near the same install base as Halo 2.

[QUOTE="itsallgood29"]Warhwak is fun but its not very deep. I played it for a week and had a lot of fun but after that there was not much reason to go badck to it.Pariah_001

What do you mean "not very deep?" Neither of the games have a story. It's just ceaseless multiplayer in huge environments.

Halo doesn't have a story...dear god you are clueless aren't you?

Holy smokes, this thread is long. Well, despite the fact that this game is shipping to incredibly high reviews, I won't be picking it up. I acknowledge the fact that it's a great game but it's just not my cup of tea. Enjoy Lems and 360 owners!SergeantSnitch

FInally somone who can acknowledge a game they don'tg care for as a great game...instead of just calling it overrated! You sir are a refreshing cup of tea.
