And, if the 4000 series is significantly better than the 3090ti, then I'll sell it, and buy the next "bad boy" on the block... Like I've done with every PC part I've ever owned.

Price isn't too bad, but the ram and especially the storage suffers a bit, and usually the MBs in these pre-builts are shit... Me personally, I would rather build my own. If your patient, and wait for sales, your likely to build something better...cheaper.
