I have to admit, I was quite vocal this morning. However, I still feel that a compromise needs to be met. I personally think that judge in this case is a bit dramatic. However, I am sure many of you are accurate that Microsoft will settle.

@Hvac0120 LOL. Although I was very vocal, I do like Microsoft but I can appreciate Apple. I admit, I suppose I was a bit hippocritical but still. The idea of banning a system will discourage many gamers but I see your point.

This judge is about as much of an A$$ as they come. Motorola needs to chill and reconsider their ignorant lawsuit. I have supported Motorola in the past but things change and this concept of banning the Xbox 360 in US is about as stupid as they come. Microsoft is just as much apart of America as Baseball.

Microsoft has had their ups and downs but pulling the Xbox 360 in US is not the way to go. I think Microsoft should fight this as hard as they can this judge and Motorola are approaching this issue in the wrong manner. Xbox is a very competitive console and it gives the consumer the one thing that America stands for...CHOICE! Eat Judge and Motorola.
