I have the steam version and that folder doesnt exist :( any idea where to find it for steam version? :(

So i recently bought Far Cry 3, my computer is fairly old but i didnt think it would run FC3 as bad as it does, considering it runs FC2 maxed out and can handle BF3 pretty well on high settings, my configuration is as follows:

AMD phenom 2 965 black edition 3.4ghz

8gb 1600mhz ram

dual ATI radeon 1gb 5770 in crossfire

i didnt expect my computer to run it on high but with everything on the lowest settings and in direct x 9 it still stutters and has really bad performance, im running the latest 13.2 drivers aswell, any ideas?

So i'm thinking about buying a VITA pretty soon but i have a question about this PSN download. I know that the MGS HD colection has been released on VITA but is the Ratchet & Clank HD collection playable on the VITA having been downloaded off of the PSN store?
