First let me start off with I love Modern Warfare! With that being said I'm getting both games this fall. I honestly think BF3 will give MW3 a run for it's money but will not outsell MW3 do to the fact it's more popular. Only Battlefield game I ever played was the last one Bad company2...I didn't really like it as much. I thought the campaign mode was ok..didn't really like the plot and I thought the maps were too big(multiplayer) But loved the fact you can destroy buildings and drive vehicles. Maybe because I'm so use to playing fast pace, close quarter combat like COD MW is could be the reason i didn't like Bad company Multiplayer. Like I said I'm getting both because I love call of duty Modern warfare and I want to see how the story continues and for the multiplayer all they got to do is get better servers and hopefully don't have spawning issues like COD Black ops (ANNOYING) If its not broke dont fix it.. Which is not all that bad but you would think they would use a newer graphic engine which BF3 is using (Frostbite2). Now for Battlefield 3 I'm getting it off the sole fact that its something different than COD MW. I'm looking fwd to the campaign mode and also the multiplayer. Plus the graphics looks bananas!!! But I honestly don't care if MW3 is pretty much the same game. I mean all games that comes out with trlogies do the same thing. For example look at the Mass Effect series or the Gears of War series...yeah they made slight changes but nothing crazy! its the same damn thing for MW3! If they were to make some huge change to the series they minds well slap a new title on it! So people (some) stop complaining that MW3 will suck and BF3 will be so much better. Who knows maybe it will. But I guarantee you BF3 will not outsell MW3! Just get both or buy 1 and rent the other...figure out for yourself and don't follow the trend. If you like close fast pace combat get MW3 if you like vehicles and huge maps get BF3 and who is to say they will have hug maps..I'm just guessing :? the point is we all don't know and we'll just going to have to wait.
