Just to let everyone know, the NSTC region or aka NA&SA still don't seem to have patapon3 for psvita and it also can't be done by a ps3 either. I have both us and jp accounts and even japan has it. Its like nstc will never get it or probably it was the most glichest of all regions on multiplayer. (Sorry for the mistake on the privious message)
