My Vote Didn't Count

well my sister and mother tried to tell me that my vote counted and that was not the case. i voted democrat and the replubicans won our state. the way our electoral system is setup that means my vote didn't even count. can't tell them that though. they know basically nothing about politics and didn't even watch as the counts were being made for who our next president will be. i am never voting again it's a waste of time. anyway don't you hate arguing with somone when you know you are right and they are DEAD wrong?
