Hmm.. Hearing all of your experiences, opinions and reasons makes me quite "sad":|. The GameSpot I once knew is a lot different from today.

Part of the "downfall" of a site is the decrease in their "customers".

However, I still value GameSpot so I'll try my best to log in and do some "actions" once in a while, at least to contribute to site.

It's quite puzzling to see the number of GameSpot users "online" dramatically decreased since I was last active in forums (October 2007).

I remember the online counter being about 6,000-8,000 in any time of the day.

Now, it shows about 800 online users "only'?

Could someone inform me what reasons might be behind this "mystery"?
