Wow, I actually did it! But I have a little problem. I only went up %3! I made 2 blog posts, got 2 submissions accepted, about 20 posts in the forum, posted in another persons blog twice, had people post in my blog a few times, and added a banner. I don't know how that worked out to only %3. It turns out this happened to everyone, I suppose a moderator is going to explain this when one comes on. Holy Level 10!
