If he doesn't show up in Chorrol go to Helvius Cecia's house in Bruma. That is where he will be. This bug is supposedly unfixable.

1. not sure. Just don;t cheat if it bothers you.

2. No. weapons and armor etc upgrades as you gain in levels.

3. these are there

4. yes.

5. not that I remember.

6. You could go kill umbra, but she's really really hard.

7. This is the best change. Everything is pretty well organized and the map shows you where to go on the quest you select as being current.

It has a warranty for 60 days. You just go to the EA website for Rockband and follow the procedures there. You can choose between giving them credit card info and you will receive a new pedal in a few days and then you return the broken one or if you don't want to give that info thay will send you a box and then send a new pedal once they receive the broken one.

It's a pretty simple process. I had to exchange the guitar because my strummer became too loose.

I think there is a discrepancy in your definition of failure. Do you mean that because 20+ individuals take the time out to berate a game it means that it is a failure as a game? Around 20 threads seems to be a pretty low cut-off for a failure, especially when you consider how many people actually bought and played the game. I am pretty certain there will always be people who will bemoan a game and how it is a piece of trash and why did they spend their money on it.

In the end all that matters is what you feel you get out of the game and whether you feel it is a worthwhile experience.

It's actually a great game. My strum bar ended up being defective, but EA sent me another guitar first along with everything to ship it back with (I received the replacement within a week). You have to be willing to have a hold put on your credit card, but if you send it back you are charged nothing. While waiting just play the drums or sing or borrow someone's GH controller.

Use an Xbox 360 VGA HD AV Cable. It should come with an adapter for computer audio. Your speakers go into your green port and the cable via the adapter goes into the blue.
