The other day, i was helping my grandpa with a home improvement project he is working on. He's building a room for his computer stuff, which he has alot of. He and i went to Menard's to get some wall panels, insulation, a four way cable splitter, and a couple other things i can't recall. I'm not the most hardware savvy, okay?:?

So we got the stuff, except the wall panels, which were in the yard behind the store. As the system goes, you have to order something from the lumberyard from within the store, pay for it at check-out, then go around to the back to get it, so you can put it in your car. We were at check-out, and my grandpa, says to me,"Wait here." He went to order the panels while i waited. A few minutes later, he comes back, and he is FUMING. Absolutely pissed the f*** off. As angry as anyone can be. This is a guy who normally is laid back and easy going, but not at this moment."I hate this f***in' store," he says. I wasn't sure what happened but after leaving the store, he told me.

He went to talk to the clerk about ordering the wall panels. He was very specific about what he wanted(you have to be when it comes to hardware.). After telling him, the clerk said,"I'm sorry, could you repeat that? I wasn't paying attention." My grandpa told him again, and the clerk said,"what's that?" Again this guy needed to be told, my grandpa even pointed to the very same type of wall panel that happened to be on display behind him. So he fills the order sheet and my grandpa takes it, except it was wrong. My grandpa goes back to tell the guy about this. The clerk then asked his manager to help him with the order sheet.

After getting the panels, a part of me wanted to go back into the store just so i could LOOK at this guy! But i didn't. I probably should have, just to see what he looked like.
