@crushbrain The ending doesn't affect the rest of the series at all. They already fixed it with the extended cut. All the rest of the complaining is about how they didn't like how depressing it was.
Everyone, play this series. It's one of the best western RPG game series right now.
@Renegade__angel Hopefully they have something that actually resets yourself. I always liked the idea of being able to completely restart in a multiplayer game.
@M3o5nster @emperiox Battlefield fans do the same thing, but no one complains about them. And so far, EA has told us that BF4 will be a modern shooter. Hopefully I'm wrong, 'cause then most shooters will be better than it.
@Sgthombre Treyarch's Call of Duty games have increasingly improved since World at War. They really know how to keep the game interesting through innovation and surprising moves and ideas. No one really expected them to add zombies to World at War, but it ended up being one of the best additions to Call of Duty yet.
However, Infinity Ward refuses to realize this and will continue to sit on what they think Call of Duty is. They need to rethink their plans for the series if they want any kind of involvement in the franchise.
@thereal-15-cent Same. It looks like 343 knows what they're doing when it comes to story. I just hope they don't cut it short to get more players into multiplayer.
@IrishSweenz1790 Customization makes games fun. Everyone running around, looking the same makes multiplayer boring. I mean, singleplayer games always have the challenge of your enemies having better weapons than you, and you have to overcome this challenge by killing them. What makes multiplayer any different?
