Christmas gift buying mothers.

The cows here on System Wars are going crazy about E3 and Sony's huge lineup of huge games. Most of those games they listed aren't even coming out till mid to late 2008. The only games that really interest me LittleBigPlanet, Killzone 2, MGS4, and FFXIII are not schedule till mid 2008.

The fact of the matter is that Nintendo and Microsoft only showed games coming out this year. Or early early next year Wii Fit (Jan 1st). Come first quarter when a ton of good Wii and 360 games start getting announced system wars will change it's tune again.

There's no problem with it if the price reflects the content. I'd be happy to pay the $20 those kind of games are worth but asking a full $50 for low-budget small games is an insult.... but so is $250 for a Gamecube and $5/8/10 for tiny ROM downloads.

Because as of now, there isn't really that much interesting stuff coming. We're just waiting for the big titles... Super Mario Galaxy, Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, Zack and Wiki, Brawl, RE:UC, etc.

It's just not all that interesting right NOW (sheep talking here). Nintendo's E3 conference was disappointing for hardcroe crowd. Hopefully E4All, TGS, leipzig, will bring better news. Sadness is supposed to be Leipzig last time I heard. (Then again - it was suppose to be at E3 not all that long ago)

I say FF, cuz at least Nintendo has the balls to make Mario games, and they are pretty much amazing everytime..... Square Enix however are cowards and just slap the Final Fantasy on the packaging now to increase sales.

Square Enix: "Well we're making another generic RPG, what should we name it? Guys? anyone got any ideas???"

Square Enix Employee: "Hey I know, lets call it....Generic emasculated Troubled youth with an attitudelearns he is special for some unknown reason and later becomes the worlds savior"

If it says Mario it is a Mario game.And if go by that logic theres only been 15 main platforn FF games.
