your right i think when smash bros comes out the only francise that wont have a wii interation yet is star fox and mario kart from nintendo. however just because we cant think of any games doesnt mean they arnt being made. call of duty 4 flew under the radar until a few months before it was released and now its argueably the best shooter for online multiplayer on 360. the year just started and im sure there are games that will come out in december that we dont know about yet so lets not loss hope until we see some of the big shows namely E3 which will really show us the games for late 2008. but as far as early to mid 2008 well its a good thing late 2007 armed us well for the long winter of bad games
brawl although its going to be prolly the most fun to play is basically going to be more smash action and in no way is that bad but i cant seeing it be that many more improvments to push it over 9s
marios have been over rated latly and i think this one will be good but nothing amaizing
metriod however is the 1st person shooter thats supposed to have the best controls soif thats right they will push it over a 9 easy
first thing you have to go with this is the thought " is this real?" now im not in any way shape or form going to deny thats definitly concept art most definitly. also they are right that the new zelda has been under constuction for about a year when they finished TP. and i think this is a direction nintendo could possibly take zelda in that its unexpcted and would completly remake the zelda world and unlock new possibilitys that a zelda game could never have gone near before. that being said and despite my wanting to see how a zelda like this would turnout its still being worked on. dark sector started as a futuristic title and now its a modern setting. im not saying this for the hell of it im just saying in early game production the directions of the games are sometimes yet to be determined beyond core gameplay mechanics. directions such as surroundings
i think the problem is wii has only been out for a few months if we look to the 360 thier best title in gears of war was at the end of thier first year and halo 3Â is supposed to come out after about a year and a half mark. another point to make is these are first party games. the two big none first party games are dead rising and lost planet both near the year mark. so if you expcting a great game on the wii i would expct to see it in the 4th quarter or mayb earlierest mid 3rd quarter what game its going to be i couldnt say but yea if you want a great game now your alittle out of luck
i can see that thier not using full power yet cause lets face its some gc games look good as or even better than all the wii games so far. but blu ray is somthing only sonys going to push because they have invested so much into it nintendo said flat out no HD and if they did they wouldnt use blu ray because thats sonys
it was originally supposed to be a launch they are prolly polishing it but they could be doing like they did with zelda and holding it back for slower times or somthing since they have so much planned for this year
the zero from megaman zero on the gba hes got a Zsaber for upclose attacks chargable Zbuster for distance bomerangshield for defense and maybe attack he would be a cross of samus marth and link basically
ima say that my wii is still tons of fun but less fun than intially which is to be expected
but as far as this year is concerned theres about 10 big AAA games i want to get and thats not including things that are yet to be announced or lesser known games
so yes things are alittle dry right this moment but wait for metriod smash disaster bw2 strikers and plenty more i am not at all regreting having it
