Yeah unfortinatley it's just the two players.

Not many shooters allow for 4 players splitscreen anymore.

Only ones I can think of are Halo 3, Call Of Duty games, Perfect Dark, GRAW games

If just one game for this year it would have to be Fable 2

I'd go with Mass Effect personally....such an amazing game.

Of your choices I'd have to say wait for Midnight Club...NFS games are for the most part disappointing. At least, for me Carbon was horrendous. A step back from Most Wanted.

I know you said that you didn't want Burnout, but I do recommend you trying the demo out b4 making up your mind. The Burnout series is easily my favourite arcade racer.
