@Darkefka DkS2 has much thinner story and lore than the first two in the series. Amongst the other big flaws of the game, that is one of the main reasons a lot of Souls fans have already stopped playing it,

@divinejester The first two games have incredibly rich story and lore. That's actually the draw of the games for many fans.

@thekazumalord Hmm, dying isn't the 'draw' of the game, it's a reality of playing it.

@GameFan1983 The Witcher series is generally very popular amongst Souls fans (at least from the several groups I'm part of, and streams I follow). Pity TW2 has such crappy combat, though.

@baral-o Demon's Souls and Dark Souls are both much better games than DkS2. The design philosophy behind the game is clearly not the same without Miyazaki, and I was frequently bored by it.

@rasterror You looking at some wiki's would save me a lot of effort.

@rasterror But Sony has more AAA exclusives announced for the PS4 than MS has for the XBO, and has the same multiplats, so all the indie games are additions to the library, not replacements for the bigger games.

The Vita is a great piece of tech, but not a great handheld. The problem is that from the beginning Sony has treated it as essentially a portable console. What Nintendo understands so well, and have reaped the benefits from, is that handhelds and home consoles are inherently different gaming platforms. Now the Vita has positioned as more of an accessory to the PS4, rather than a stand alone device, and I can't see that increasing sales to any meaningful degree.
