After several months of game play (or lack thereof), I have found the controls to be slow and unresponsive compared to better shooters such as Rainbow Six: Vegas. The co-op is still some of the best and most fun with a friend, but the online play leaves a lot to be desired. Its a game I wish I would have rented, but I still play with friends online. The graphics are amazing and the story is pretty good, but the replay is limited because its predictable. An enhanced AI in the sequel could help break the monotony. The cover system is great in theory, but they could take a lesson from Rainbow. As far as the online options go, a few more game types (perhaps something along the lines of Rainbow's terrorist hunts or the like) would improve it dramatically. It would also be helpful to smooth out the gameplay and eliminate some of the cut scene lag.
