Thanks for the reply. Just bought a new machine, pretty much top of the line for gaming, I believe. It's a PC Windows 7, i3 processor, 1TBHDD, DDR3, HDMI, etc. I think I can play just about any game that's out there right now........so, where do I go from here??

Ok, all you young gamers. I'm an old fart, but still trying to participate in this fascinating(new for me) world of computer games. My limited experience and preferences are these: I started with DukeNukem, (I think), and went on to Doom, to Doom 3(which I really enjoyed), then on to Quake(I'm now in Quake 4, and love it). With these games in mind, where should I go from here? I really appreciate any input from you young guys and gals, who are probably laughing at my behind the times position. Help an old guy out here......give me some recommendations in keeping with the above mentioned style of games.....I don't want to spend money on stuff I won't enjoy playing.....Thank you.............Old Retired Guy......
