Its been a lot of fun being a Gamespot customer for the last 10 years.  I've seen this site go through some rough patches and come out stronger on the other side.  A while back you informed me you would no longer take my money for a paid subscription, and of course assured me this was all in my best interest.  You repeatedly ignored my support requests asking about the policy change because of couse you had nothing to say.  And now, today, my account password is locked despite having never changed it in 10 years.  And when I reset it, here it is, my new Gamespot experience.  Plastered all over with flashing ads and other nonsense.  So today may very well be my last day here.  A very sad day indeed.
