I felt the same about most superhero gamesX-Men legends was fun though. The ultimate alliance games were ok but if they take this new batman game use the same engine and work out a spawn game and pull out the true darkness of spawn i think we would have a great game :-) anyone remember Pit out there? Bring back Pit.

Yah people will always pirate what they can. Thanks to p2p sites its even more rampant. I agree with you I started a japanese psn account just to get more ps1 classics hopefully sony sees this and opens the market to us!

No they dont charge $200. They charge $150 and add a 3 month warranty with it. They should at least add a 6month warranty to be honest.

Well from experiance that I had when my laser went out as I watching Borne Ultimatum at the last 10 minutes of the movie AWESOME!! Long story short after calling Sony I had to pay the 150 which was just a fee for them to look at it and pay S&H and if they determine that for some reason my system was altered or blah blah they would not fix it as well as that if further stuff was needed I would be billed for that as well as I had to pay S&H back to me. I never have had a good experiance with these people. (feel free to share if you have.) So my 2 year old launch PS3 breaks that literraly was like 2 weeks out of the extended warranty I had when this happened should got the 3 oh well. Needless to say I paid some local guy at a PC repair shop to do it had it done in less than an hour and WAY reduced cost then sony

Thats all your opinion I own both consoles and never have nor never will consider myself a fanboy in all respect to your opinion Sony has lagged and shafted us in the gaming aspect I did not own the original XBOX I was soley with Sony and the PS2 when I was waiting and waiting for my PS3 and I had friends who had there 360s playing killer RPGS and then I get my PS3 and quite frank to say when I bought mine in July of 2007 and left with a dare I say crummy launch selection yah in 11/07 I spent the cash and grabbed a 360 and have yet to be dissapointed with games like Mass Effect, Fable 2, Last Remanant, and my Favorite Lost Odyssey (still waiting Sony for a awesome exlusive) and kicking myself for not getting elder scrolls for my 360 where MS secured the exclusive Downloadable content now don't get mad and say I'm trashing your love for PS3 but seriously each has there highs and there lows as Uncharted is an awesome game and I am on pins and needles for Uncharted 2 and GOW3 and I will buy FF13 for ps3 strictly cause changing discs sucks but the trophies are crap on Sony and maybe a sony rep will see this and take this into consideration and bring back the love of the rpg's that we shared on ps2 and ps1 and give me parasite eve in the US psn store

No I don't think so Live rocks way more then PSN I love it and its worth the money as for as the blue ray comment have you compared them seriously? DVD vs. Blue-ray yes it is going to and has replaced them in alot of cases and several studios now have signed on for it and are releasing older moveies on it where have you been? dvd even upconverted does not compare......

I'm going to go with a tie between the SNES and the PS1.

Both have tons of great games I love; the SNES has Chrono Trigger, Super Mario World, Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Earthbound, Super Mario Kart, Battletoads, Final Fantasy VI. Those are all games I've played a decent amount well AFTER the 16 bit generation.

There are many others as well. PS1 has tons of amazing RPGs. Final Fantasy VII, I'm replaying FF VIII right now, I'm playing Crash Bandicoot: Warped on my PS3 right now as well. Metal Gear Solid, yes this system has hundreds of hours put into it by me... well after it's generation.

I still play my snes and my kids do haha love that thing and you forgot to mention Donkey Kong Country still have my sega as well but I only like Phantasy Star for that and of course Sonic.... I had so many games for my ps1 only ones I kept were my final fantasy games sadly I sold my ff7 and mgs games however thanks to PSN for FINALLY releasing these in US hopefully we will see parasite eve games as well!!

SNES. For Sure.

Tons of timeless platforms, fighting games, racing games, and most of all RPGs. And the greatest gaming controller ever devised.
