Why would people be so upset to see a review of an early access game? The most likely reason is that they are butthurt that it didn't get a good score. If it got a good score, they wouldn't complain about it being an early access review. I'd bet a million bucks on that. The review is labeled appropriately, and it's given more validity by the fact it costs money to play the early access version of the game. I'm glad to have seen this review, since it helps me decide if I want to pay money now to go ahead and experience it, or wait to pay it later to get the final product.
