Ok I am confused here, I am assuming that your Mom and you are aligned in thought, yet you claim that if Ron Paul were to run, she would vote for him, and he is the anti-big government, tax, socialist, even more so then the rest of the Republicans.

we are not completly aligned but i would force her to vote for ron paul if he is in the general election. :evil:

i actually like him better than Hillary because he supports federalism, as do I. socialized medicine can work as state run programs as well as a national program.

Also, he doesnt talk out of both sides of his mouth like Hillary. She is so distastful to me.

Why do so many people think that socialized healthcare is the answer?? It is such a bad idea. Here's the truth, let people decide where they get there medicine from, I am not saying deregulate it, but we can't force people to buy brand name products and not give them an alternative. That is one of the biggest problems in healthcare, elect Ron Paul, generics have as much right to be on the shelves or you can go to Canada, problem solved.

My proof that they were brought down by demolition is in how the manner of how they fell, how fastthey fell, the size of debris left over, especially Tower #7.Haven't you ever seen a controlled demolition? Apart from that,the jet fuel burned off when the planes hit the towers in the consequential fireball after the impacts. You can clearly see that in the videos that currently exist depicting the attack. All there was, was smoke and small fires here & there. That, I don'tcare who you are, that smoke alone would be anywhere close to making the steel bend and lose strength. You've swallowed the bait.

Now then, "Why fly planes into the towers??" The owner of the Towers, Larry Silverstein,had just renewed his insurance contract that would pay up to 91 billion in an event/attack of sorts. Since 3 towers fells, he was awared the insurance payment 3 times since 3 the buildings were destroyed. Not to mention the biggest reason of all,.........To TERRORIZE everyone. To manipulate & catch everyone off-guard with such an attack, it could only have had been from outside our borders. Right? To enrage all the Patriots. Our government was only so quick to point the finger and take action after the attack, but NORAD couldn't do squat about it!!??!........gimme a break. We've all been conned into supporting this illegal "War on Terror" which has nothing but stripped us even further of our rights. All it did was expland the US Government's power over us citizens. Umm Silverstien and group were awarded insurance on two seperate attacks not three, and the total payout is between 4.6 and 7.1 billion. Where you got this 91 billion dollar number is beyond me.

This is why you DONT join the military. Among the benefits that people claim it has the side effects are not worth it unless your planning on being a military secratary.

1. You get shot and die

2. You have to live your whole life knowing you killed a man/men or in some cases a women or child

3. You can die in Iraq but cant have a drink until your 21

4. The military targets boys not men

5. You have to leave your wife/children and home

6. You have to put up with your friends being killed

7. You have to live in cruddy conditions and follow orders

8. You are not really fighting for your country (nowadays anyway)

9. It will stay with you your whole life

10. You have the illusion of pride

1)Not everyone gets shot and dies, first of all most people never get hurt, second most people don't get shot, third, most people that do get shot live, four most people get blown up, five most people survive being blown up...multiple times.

2)Not everyone kills someone, in fact most people don't. And for those that do, I promise, it is not a hard thing to live with when they are shooting at you. And collateral damage is a part of war.

3)Yea that sucks you can't go out to a bar and drink. But guess what, most guys still drink. And to top it off, you can't drink overseas, so it's not like people over 21 can drink while at war and those under can't. And joining the military or not doesn't change the fact that you can't drink till your 21.

4)Umm, no, the military definatly targets men, you have to be 18 to join, if you can vote, you are a man, a young man, but a man none the less. 17 with parental consent, but you can't be sent overseas at 17.

5)Yea, and then you come back and they are there. And most people aren't married in the military.

7)Umm, I have never lived in cruddy conditions, so I don't know where you are getting your information. Also, you are doing a job, you have bosses, you do what your bosses say or you get fired. And yes you can get fired in the military.

8)No I am pretty sure that I am fighting for America. Please do not forget that we ARE fighting the war against terrorism, the same terrorism that attacked the US on 9/11, which I just happened to eyewitness first hand, not on TV.

9)Yea, do you know how many companies hire people because of their military experience.

10)No, I def have pride in what I do, what I stand for, and what I fight for.
