I tried to do it on their website but they keep saying the serial number is invalid. Yes I have checked the number multiple times and its right. Can some one please help me out here cause everytime I call the agents have nothing to say about the problem. Last time they gave me a reference number that doesnt even work. I made a topic like this before but no one even replied. HELP!

I tried to send in my 360 for repair and it says the serial number is already registered. This is only my second 360 and I think they may have seen me a refurbished one that has already been registered. I not sure if I can seen it in or not. I talked to one of the idiotic employees on the hotline and she made no comment about it.

I tried to regesiter for a new repair on xbox.com and it said that my console was already registered. I did sent my last 360 but I was not sure if they gave me a new one or a repaired one. They should have just gave me a new one so I would not go through the BS. I even tried to talk to an agent on the hotline yesterday and the woman acted like she didnt know what she was doing. Everytime she said bye and I would wait a bit she was still there. My console would be messing up during the holidays too. YOU GUYS ALREADY KNOW THE PROBLEM.

Not trying to be negative, but sorry to say it dude...electronics break down...it happens.

I wouldn't exactly say its microsofts fault on this one....not that you did anything wrong.

The MANUFACTURERS warranty is done on the system, which means they aren't responsible for anything outside of the warranty...even if its a manufactureres defect.

Bulova
Dude electronics like gaming systems are not supposed to break down like that. I have never broken any of my gaming systems since I was 5. A console should not have to have the realiablity of a Chrysler.
