I have often wondered this myself, my 20 has the HDMI ports ( I already owned the cords ), and I have plenty of room for all the DLC from the ~20 games Ive played plus some videos/demos/etc. I suppose eventually I'd have to delete some DLC to old games, but if I've already traded them in, whats the difference?
PS3's and 360's were also originally sold at a net loss on hardware.
Cutting short their life cycle would be shooting yourself in the foot because you'd likely have another similarly overexpensive unit that would necessitate selling at a net loss initially.
My prediciton is this generation lasting much, much longer than 4-5 years from a simple business standpoint because it simply doesn't make sense otherwise. 10 Years IMO.
I personally think getting all the challenges Gold medaled in Portal is way more challenging than RAAM or COD 4 Veteran or any other game Ive played on 360. Without youtube tutorials, Im not sure if I'd be able to get some of them.
