Frequent Brushing and Flossing are key to maintaining a healthy smile! You can also prevent cavities, gingivitis, and bad breath. Keep in mind that regular visits to your favorite dentist are also essential to a future free of dentures and other complications. A change in your diet can also be benefitial. Less sugars help furthur growth of cavities, while more calcium intake helps remineralisation. That's it for tonight!
