I’ve had a feeling about this game for a while now. At first, it was a very bad feeling, but the more they show, the better I feel about it. Not everyone will agree with that. The first trailer was absolutely horrible, but even the devs said that they hate that trailer as well.
I see an 8-8.5/10 game here, for action RPG fans. I gave Inquisition a 7/10, because the combat is terrible and all of the open world elements are mind numbingly boring and grindy. This game looks like an improvement in every way. I’m actually stoked for it. I’m always down for another solid RPG to play.
Nothing can live up to such hype, especially when the hype has been building up for so many years now. It’s impossible, but it can still be the best action RPG since Skyrim or Witcher 3.
It sounds absurd, but that’s the beauty of aRPGs like this. Freedom to create builds, even if it makes you OP. In the end, that’s the entire point of grinding a game like this, to achieve maximum carnage and create fun builds. Those whining about it and/or condemning it, clearly don’t understand the concept of looters.
@sealionact: that and the ability to play in 4k@60fps instead of 30-40fps, plus games will add raytracing and improve the RT of games that already have it. It also has game boost for older games. You can look that one up yourself. Still, it’s not worth it for owners of a base PS5. This would only be reasonable for someone who doesn’t own a PS5.
