@gameq64: they do have them! except they cost $13 each... yeah, you can save a single gear loadout with an amiibo.

@RabidBurp: ack! i know, i know, i dun goofed. i will say though, that tenacity is one of the neater abilities to have. somewhat situational, but during those solo-queue stretches when your team's just aren't working out, it's great.

@videogameninja: there's actually been some new info as of the article's writing. apparently, ryu is keeping his dragon punch command, so there's a chance that the down+down motion is only for specific characters. but who knows? maybe after more testing, they'll realize it's a mistake and change it back.

@geotherma: the lights are far too warm for my feeble, perspiratory skin.

@JackNief: well the downloadable psn version came with all the DLC (including costumes), so it'd be silly not to include it with this version.
