Its a 52" RCA DLP Widescreen ( 16: 9 ) HDTV...
Supports 1080i/720p
Read Some Reviews & Heard That The Sound Quality Is Not That Great...But For The Price A Good Surround Sound System Would Make It All Better:D
How Well Will This Work With A Playstation 3? Or Would It Just Be Better To Wait For A 1080p HDTV Plasma To Go Down In Price? Im Sure This TV Will Go Down In Price By The Time Ps3 Comes Out? Should I Get It For Christmas Then? I'll Have The Cash For It, Yes Or No? Good Or Not?

That's a rear projection CRT HD set. It is nice for TV and movie watching, however I would avoid it for playing games, although it will work fine with a PS3 (to answer your question). They are very prone to burn-in and video games will do that to it quickly. You are better off with a smaller direct-view CRT or try a DLP if your budget allows. Slightly more expensive (not as expensive as LCD or LCoS) than CRT and they are burn-proof. Also, avoid plasma because of the same problem as CRT projectors.
If budget is no problem, then go for a LCoS based TV or wait for the next generation DLP (no color wheel/ no bulb) due out this summer. Much better in visual quality, 1080p and they are burn-proof as well.
Yeah those new line of DLP's by Samsung, that I was telling you about are going to be great. The first one is a 56 inch and they are suppose to go up to 71 inches, the 56 inch one is due out in April or May, I know I want one, but it does not have to be right away, just as long as it is in time for Football Season and the TV can remain occupied until the PS3 comes out and that TV will be very busy. :)
Ya, how much do you think those are going to cost lol? and plasma and DLP's are bad right? but wouldn't LCD HDTV's be bad cuz of response times?
