Usually I hold off simply because I just don't have the time to play all the games I want to. I usually play 3-4 games at a time, and don't buy more until I either get sick of one or beat one. Right now I'm playing Soul Calibur 4 and Warhawk for PS3, Lost Planet: Colonies for the 360, and Silent Hill: Origins for the PS2. SC4 and Warhawk have a lot of replay value so I probably won't purchase again until I really get burned out with those.

I'd like to pickup Ratchet and Clank Future but I've been waiting for the price to drop, same thing with Uncharted. These games have been out for some time now, why the hell are they still $60?

Thanks for the suggestions. When I bought my wireless router I bought the "maximum" range model that was available at the time (about 7 months ago). I have the router sitting near the XBOX 360 upstairs so I don't really have any problems there but it's not really a viable option to try to move it. I guess the best solution seems to be to try to find some sort of repeater device, if anyone knows of a good quality product let me know.

Ok heres my issue...

My wireless router is upstairs and I've got the PS3 downstairs on the big tv. I get a decent signal, but it's not as fast as I'd like and I do get occasional lag. I've been researching products such as a repeater to boost the signal or maybe some other kind of signal enhancing device. I've been looking at a linksys rangeplus wireless network adapter (wusb100) as well. It is supposed to help boost the range of the router, but I'm not sure if this device is even compatible with the PS3. Anyone tried this yet? Any other suggestions? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm curious as to what this StripClubDJ guy is going to do now...is he just going to fade off and never come back, or come forward and issue some kind of statement regarding his actions? It would be interesting to see.

If you can't afford to buy games that often, then I would say Warhawk....it has more replay value. Folklore isn't a bad game by any means, but once you beat it you will probably not play it again.

The Atari forum for Godzilla Unleashed is pretty Wii-fanboyish despite that game turning out mostly crappy. They'll bash the PS3 to high heaven over there. Good example of Wii fanboyism, although Im sure it exists in plenty of other places.

I found the demo to be decent but nothing mind-blowing or must-have about it. I could see this being a game I pick up a few months later when the price drops. One thing that bothered me was I felt that the firearms didnt have enough "kick" to them.

I made sure to get a 60 GB before they were gone even though I had a PS2, because I wanted to play God Of War 2 on my HDTV with the progressive scan and the HDMI cable hooked up. But if you dont care about BC, just save the money and get the 40 GB.

Yeah he should have just kept the PS2. Those ripoff artists at Gamestop probably only gave him like 18 or 20 bucks for it anyway, lol.
