Things I didn't like in Halo reach beta

Some things to note about halo reach beta I thoroughly enjoyed the Halo reach multiplayer beta. It was a great taste of things to come, however please note that the actual game will most likely be somewhere in the range of very to radically different from what was experienced in the beta. It would be naive to think that what you saw was basically a finished product. Reminiscing on how the halo 3 beta differed compared to the actual game here are some issues I feel should be adressed in the halo reach beta. 1) Grenades were too strong. I felt as if the blast radius on the grenades was ridiculous. If I had a penny for everytime I was blown up from a random grenade I'd be a millionaire. In halo 3 if you came across grenade whores the most damage they would generally do was take down your full sheild. With the reach beta it's like there was no inbetween. If someone threw a grenade anywhere remotely close, you went soaring through the sky. I can remember times in the beta where I would down another whole shield with something like a DMR, and the other player simply throwing a grenade and killing me first. 2) Okay the armor lock ability was fun for a minute, but I ended up not using it ever again after the first few games. I can see that working if you're playing against total noobs who have no idea what to do when they see that. However if you're playing against people who have some common sense then they'll just wait until you're done doing whatever you're doing to finish you off with a preset grenade or teamwork. Useless. 3) Graphical improvements. Upon playing the beta it really didn't look that much different from halo 3. I know it isn't supposed to be radically different or anything like that, but I would like to see something that doesn't look exactly like halo 3. They talked about the open worldness aspect of the game of which I have yet to see, however if they can implement this technique properly I would be pleasantly impressed. Basically I don't want to feel like I'm playing halo 3. 4) This might not apply but halo 3's ranking system was a joke. It seems more rare to not see a 50 than it is to see them. You really can't tell who's legit either since all you have to do is play somewhat decent to keep people under the impresson. Those who were able to reach 40 in halo 2 are truly legendary. Those are the rare ones that we really don't see in halo 3. I hope halo reach true skill system means something this time around.
