I've been thinking about the Legend of Zelda lately and I realized that there are really very few links between the games. The only real link I noticed was between Twighlight Princess and Ocarina of Time. When you look at the map you can start to see some similarities. They both have a Lake Hylia, with a Fishing Hole. They both have a Kakariko Village that's at the foot of Death Mountain. They both have a Castle Town and a Gerudo Desert. Granted certain things look a little different, there's a huge bridge over Lake Hylia, but you could chalk that up to passage of time. There are some other links like Ocarina of Time leading into Majora's Mask and Windwaker being the precurser to Phantom Hourglass, but when I say links I mean taking place in the same version of Hyrule. Okay I guess I should include the Windwaker Phantom Hourglass thing because they both include Link and Tetra.
