overall, I thought it was pretty good, but there are a few things it should have done which would have made it great:
1. It should have stolen its gameplay from Devil May Cry. In the cutscenes, Vincent is shown as being able to fly through the air, backflip, dodge bullets, all kinds of cool crap. Unfortunately, due to the rather clunky control system you wont really be able to do any of that. All it needed was gameplay as responsive as Devil May Cry (you mighten last very long in DMC but at least the cool acrobatics are straight forward and fluid) and it would solve most of my gameplay issues.
2. Back stories should have been made up for the Tsviets. They where explained as a whole (super soliers made from mako experiments or whatever) but more time should have been given to explaining them indiviually (like Shelke) egwhy Rosso the Crimson had to be the strongest fighter (and therefore wouldn't give Vincent the pleasure of killing her), why Nero the Sable needed his brother so much and how Weiss actually managed to overpower Hojo when he was in control of his mind. (I would have added Azul to this list, butI just read on Wikipedia that Azul was in Before Crisis as a normal guy who wanted to be in Soldier but some how ended up in Deepground)
3. Square Enix should never ever use thatCGI technique where the screensegments and different charcters are shown in each segment. It was done in Advent Children nd it happens in Dirge. Don't do it again Square. Its just stupid.
I got the levels from the official site, but what am supposed to do with them?
I unzipped them, put them into the PSP/SAVEDATA folder and the computer can read them on the "saved data utility" (ie it shows them with the Exitpicture and has the level names and all that), but how do i play them?
I've tried going into "Network" and then "Play" on the main menu of the game, but it keeps saying there's no data to load.
What else am I supposed to do? (i have yet to clear the game, and i downloaded the files through my PC and transferred to my psp using a usb cable if that makes any difference)
